Her growth as a textile artist has been inspired by working in the fashion industry combined with ongoing education, including graduating with a Textile Arts diploma from Capilano College. She is also a member of the Spinners & Weavers Guild, the Craft Association of BC and several galleries. A prolific artist, Ursula steadily produces, exhibits and sells her work as well as leading workshops in numerous textile arts related areas including felting, hand-dyeing, weaving, beading, knitting, crocheting and surface design. She loves using both natural fibres and man-made materials to achieve interesting and eye-catching results.

Ursula currently works out of her studio located in beautiful Gibsons, BC and welcomes studio visits by appointment 604-886-0248. Her unique creations can also be found at various specialty shops and galleries.
